During PSAB’s 2022 Future Work Plan Consultation, you told us you wanted to see the development of accounting guidance for cloud computing arrangements (CCAs) in the Canadian public sector. To ensure this guideline reflects current practices and needs, we’re conducting a survey alongside our current Intangible Assets project to gather your insights.
We want to know more about the types of CCAs you encounter, the magnitude of costs, key arrangement terms, current accounting policies, and your unique challenges in practice.
Your active participation is crucial! We will use the collected data to help identify specific needs of Canadians. Your responses will be analyzed and discussed with PSAB’s Cloud Computing Task Force and with our Board, as we work towards the development of a CCA guideline.
Complete the survey that best suits your role by selecting the applicable tab listed below. We have an option specifically for preparers and an option for other practitioners (including auditors and consultants).
Thank you for your input on this important topic! We look forward to hearing from you.
